Great experience, exceeded expectations. I like the richness of details in the reports and the ability to create projects and include collaborators. The reports are great and I can schedule them to be sent every day at 8:00 AM to our leaders, summarizing how their respective teams are doing. What do you like best about KeepActive?

Kickidler is a very good system, simple to set up, and provides a great increase in productivity. I love the screen monitoring because it's good to keep an eye on the clever ones at work. As an admin, I don't need to stay in the room watching each employee; I can monitor each screen from wherever I am. The ease of initial setup of Kickidler was great, with support that made everything very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeepActive?

So, the employee's schedule should be minute by minute, because here I have three shifts, from 08:00 to 18:00, from 08:00 to 16:20, from 10:00 to 18:20, from 12:00 to 20:20. I am having serious problems configuring these schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The number of reports that can be exported is impressive. User management both for administrators and managers is very well designed, and structuring the company within the platform is easy and intuitive. Additionally, their technical support is fast, responsive, and very helpful whenever issues arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KeepActive?

License management is frustrating, as it's not possible to remove inactive users or unassign licenses unless you're swapping them with another user. I've also faced several issues with user disconnections, often caused by antivirus blocks or because the Grabber application doesn't start properly when the computer boots. This sometimes requires restarting the device, and any data generated during the downtime is lost until we notice the disconnection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
