What do you like best about Kickbox?

I like the live usage of the dashboard, so it's up to the minute, helping us gauge how much volume we are using daily. I also like the fact I can upload lists at any time for batch sending, which is convenient for those one-off email batch sends that aren't sent through the live feed. Switching to Kickbox from Bridge Marketing has yielded better results and more accurate findings. The initial setup was straightforward and took less than two weeks on our side. Honestly at this time everything works great, maybe somehow identifying spam traps specifically. ISPs can create spam traps that look like a real user, I don't believe Kickbox has the ability to identify those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that Kickbox is fully linked to HubSpot, making it easy to segment contacts that had bounced. This integration made the process quick because I didn't have to upload an Excel document of contacts; I could just create a segment and test the emails for it. I use Kickbox for one time list clearing for an old list, and it really helps with deliverability audits on those old lists. I appreciate being able to test without damaging deliverability through Klaviyo to avoid compromising my future sends. The initial setup of Kickbox was easy. What do you like best about Kickbox?

I like the flexibility of the plan and the credit system with Kickbox. You're not locked into a plan that costs more than you need. I appreciate that you pay for validation with credits, and as you scale, the price goes up, but you're getting good value for your money. I also love the simplicity it offers, where each email validation is worth one credit. It allows me to buy the number of credits I need and scale it appropriately to the size of my business without having to pay penalties for a particularly busy month. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy and took me less than thirty minutes. I find the user experience to be pretty good, and the API integration with custom systems is really nice.
