I love the ease of use, as I can just upload a file, and it processes it for me, giving stats on which emails to use or avoid. It's great that I can do this online without having to wait around, as it emails me when it's done and provides a clean list. I really liked how Kickbox could verify multiple email addresses at once. It made the process fast, simple, and much more efficient than checking each address individually. The API is dead simple to integrate, we plugged it into our signup flow in a few hours to verify email addresses in real time. It catches typos, disposable addresses and undeliverable emails before they ever hit our database, which directly protects our sender reputation with our email provider. The verdict granularity (deliverable / risky / undeliverable, plus the Sendex score) lets us decide exactly how strict to be at signup vs. bulk cleaning. The only thing I can think of is that the way you buy your credits, you have to buy more than you need. I ended up buying $25 worth of credits when, really, I needed about $21 worth. I used Kickbox to check which contacts were viable to move from HubSpot to Mailchimp, so I wasn’t bringing over contacts that were no longer live. It was really easy to use: I dropped in the file and validated the contacts. Reviewing nearly 15,000 contacts took no more than about five minutes, and it was safe.
