I like the ease of having a per credit basis without needing an extensive analysis of a CSV of entries. Kickbox is accommodating for smaller companies like ours, as it doesn't require a large upfront cost or subscription, which is nice since we don't have a large client database yet. One of the most valuable features is the ease of uploading a CSV. It's very clear what categories need to be provided for the upload, and it analyzes and processes the entries quickly. When I was looking at the pricing model, as our list grows, it does seem somewhat disproportionate as far as the cost-to-ratio benefit. I would fear if we were to reach a list of, let's say, 10,000 emails that are validated, that would probably require our company to reassess the use of Kickbox for these purposes and perhaps going into a subscription-based model, from one of the larger companies that does similar features. I feel that having a SaaS model based on an enterprise level of email validation may be helpful. I could imagine a company that is month over month getting between 1,000 to 10,000 new signups it could quickly become overwhelming to do this process manually. Integrations via API might be helpful or direct access into Google Drive versus a manual via CSV and making sure that those entries are valid. And then perhaps having an AI model or an LLM built within to similar to Gemini where you can analyze within a CSV, Google Sheet. Kickbox was/is an integral piece required to build out world-class spam mitigation for my client intake form system. Their UI and API is extremely simple to use and, more importantly, effective and accurate at adjudicating the legitimacy of provided emails. In addition, the cost is extremely reasonable given that it's only a small (yet crucial) piece of the overall judgment process in our systems. My transaction to buy credits got flagged as a potential bad actor, which was annoying and delayed me by 24 hours. This has never happened with my combination of email/card before, so they are a little too aggressive with this.
