No need to handle big registers to handle all credit/debit history. Simply you can enter all data in the app & your data will save in the app & can see any time by mobile apps. **What do you dislike about Khatabook?** I don't see any issues right now in the app but they can enhance their app user interface according to other competitive apps' user interfaces. Khatabook app is very simple to use so anybody can use this app. **What problems is Khatabook solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem which is resolved by using the Khatabook app is that we don't need to remember all credit/debits of customers. The app will do all things for you by reminding you & you can send reminders to customers as well by which they can pay the amount which is remaining from their side. We can check our credit score in their app itself. Initially, we have access to the app only but now we can access their tool in the web as well. We can accept the payments or collect the payments from our customers by sending them the payment links which are generated by the Khatabook and the settlement time is instant.
