The best thing about Khatabook is that it is available in mobile apps as well by which any shop, Kirana store owners can use this app & manage their orders & credit/debit history. There is not much dislike for this app, but below are the basic common problem faced by me

1. Lack of tutorial to execute the app at the very first start

Khatabook gives free physical QR codes to every customer. We can check our credit score in their app itself. Initially, we have access to the app only but now we can access their tool in the web as well. We can accept the payments or collect the payments from our customers by sending them the payment links which are generated by the Khatabook and the settlement time is instant. Khatabook is absolutely ideal for freelancers and small to medium-sized businesses. It helps maintain transactions/credit logs and other financial accounts of various customers/clients with features like automated payment reminders and enabling download of transaction reports, so it becomes easy to maintain records. Khatabook still needs a lot of upgradation as it is currently only serving the purpose in the most bare-minimum way possible. The app needs to fix bugs, especially after its recent update.
