Keynius Reviews & Product Details

Keynius is an integrated smart locker management platform that helps organizations replace manual storage, access, handover, and collection processes with secure self-service locker workflows. The Keynius platform combines smart locker hardware, connected locks, cloud-based locker management software, access control, payment options, audit trails, integrations, installation, and support into one managed ecosystem. Organizations use Keynius for workplace lockers, staff storage, visitor and luggage storage, parcel pickup, click-and-collect, IT asset distribution, equipment checkout, healthcare collection, public storage, and pay-and-store services. Keynius is built for operational environments where reliability, flexibility, and accountability matter. Facilities, workplace, hospitality, venue, transport, healthcare, education, retail, industrial, logistics, and security teams can manage lockers remotely, monitor usage, control access, and track activity across locations. The platform supports a wide range of access methods, including PIN, QR code, RFID, mobile app, wallet credentials, SSO, SMS, email, browser login, barcode, and fingerprint, depending on the deployment. Because Keynius owns and controls the core system across locker hardware, software, smart locks, cabinetry, and service, customers can configure workflows around their real operational needs instead of combining disconnected locker cabinets, locks, kiosks, and third-party software. Deployments can include assigned lockers, flexible lockers, reservations, multi-use access periods, paid rentals, parcel flows, asset handovers, and integrated access or payment systems. Keynius serves organizations that need more than traditional lockers. The platform helps reduce manual administration, eliminate key handling and shared-code problems, improve audit visibility, create better user experiences, reduce queues, support secure asset control, and unlock new revenue opportunities from self-service storage.
