Keynetic Reviews & Product Details

Keynetic is rental management software built for independent car rental companies, from 3 cars to 300. Bookings from every channel land in one calendar: walk-ins and phone bookings typed in seconds, website bookings through the embeddable widget, and broker confirmations (Discover Cars, Sunny Cars, Rentalcars, Localrent and others) imported automatically from your inbox and matched to your fleet. Availability is checked against the whole fleet, so a class is never sold twice. At the counter, contracts are generated from your own clause templates, signed on the customer's phone or a tablet, and delivered to the customer's portal with every document attached. Check-out and check-in walk staff through fuel, mileage and a photo inspection with damage marked on a vehicle diagram, giving you time-stamped evidence when a dispute comes up. Money runs through Stripe: card payments, deposit holds that release automatically, refunds and receipts, with payouts straight to your bank account. Car
