"Ease of fixing vulnerabilities at runtime in memory"
What do you like best about KernelCare Enterprise?

The best thing I like about KernelCare is its light weight agent which run as the utility to fix the vulnerabilities at runtime in memory without the need of rebooting the linux severs. Also KernelCare ePortal has the pach sets caching capability which help in saving bandwidth to download pacthset again and again over the inernet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KernelCare Enterprise?

Umm, ePortal need to be deployed in customer's network and no cloud deployment is supported. If this can be done, it can save lots of management and maintenance efforts on user's part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about KernelCare Enterprise?

Applying any Kernel patch typically need to reboot the Linux system, however, with KernelCare we can apply the fixes to vulnerabilities in memory by applying the patchsets without rebooting the linux serves. What do you dislike about KernelCare Enterprise?

ePortal support REST based interface to interact with it. While there are required APIs, APIs for some other import workflow need to be added. Also ePortal deployment on cloud should be thought of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KernelCare Enterprise?

ePortal is suggested to deployed on prem in csutomer network. It is not cloud based as of now. If this support will be added it would be a good support. Also ePotal REST APIs need to improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KernelCare Enterprise?

No support is now available to host ePortal on cloud as the SaaS application. Also ePortal's API for automation to use need to be improved for some functionality like configuring the patch server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While it fixes the vulnerabilities in memory by install new kernel image, if system is rebooted and KernelCare agent lose connectivery to Internet, your system is vulnerable again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
