It lacks in providing a range of features thatre helpful when it comes to converting from OST to PST. **What do you dislike about KERNEL FOR OST TO PST?** One thing that need improvement with the software is its navigation and user interface. Its not very intuitive which make it difficult for users to properly navigate through the conversion process. Clearer instructions or tutorials are beneficial in reducing frustrations associated with using this tool. Unable to save the file to a cloud storage service or to a network drive. **What problems is KERNEL FOR OST TO PST solving and how is that benefiting you?** When our OST files became corrupted, we lost them permanently. KERNEL FOR OST TO PST unable to recover our files and we are eradicating to continue with business as usual. This only convert OST files to PST files. It cannot convert other types of files, such as PSTX or MBOX files. The tool is relatively expensive software application. There are other free or open-source tools that are used to convert OST files to PST files. It is not always successful in converting OST files to PST files. It is not able to recover all the information every time it is still a tool to have. The user interface feels cluttered and outdated which makes it difficult to navigate. **What do you dislike about KERNEL FOR OST TO PST?** When it comes to dislikes about KERNEL FOR OST TO PST I did find the user interface quite outdated and not very intuitive. It's really straightforward and allows you to open and convert Outlook data files. It would be nice if Kernel had a more modern UI update. When my client email is too large or having problem to export, I use this tool.
