Kentik is easy to use, and provides great insight into how customers, potential customers, and competitors are interacting with your network. The ability to quickly generate and customize reports across a variety of datapoints and presentations enables quick development of regular reporting dashboards, as well as quick on-the-fly studies.

I usually am on there several times a day, just doing pulse checks on traffic flow, or generating updates to particular traffic reports that are tracked on-going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only real downside, is the limitation that everything has to involve your own network - though this is totally understandable. As great as it would be to see interactions between competitors and potential customers, wouldn't want to share that information about your own network. There can be a learning curve in understanding the nesting of filters when trying to create a filter to address a detailed customer traffic flow.
