**What do you like best about KellyOCG?**

I started a new career through them. But not anyway near enough first step experience because of the bad way they handle their contracts.

**What do you dislike about KellyOCG?**

Mass staffing
Mass firing
Mass resignation rate
Most of the team joined the training wave i was in have resigned or fired.

**Recommendations to others considering KellyOCG:**

In my case i didnt have another option available at the moment. So if u have other options, definitely dont choose Kelly OCG or its other sister company HR TAG.

**What problems is KellyOCG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I worked with Kelly OCG for over 8 months,, during the 8 months i got treated badly, i got 2 warning for being proven sick and couldn’t perform well. I provided all the documents that proof i was hospitalized, but rather they blocked my pin. And got another block for unknown reason later on. I understood the mentality behind this pushing-out behavior, they literally stuff employees and then complain of over-hiring and play games to kick many of them out again. Its unsafe to work with them. And at any moment they will decide to get rid of you with a twisted way nd kick you out without proper reason.

Worked on one of the large account teams. Very unorganized group with terrible leadership

**What do you like best about KellyOCG?**

I can’t say there was anything that I would put 

**What do you dislike about KellyOCG?**

Virtually everything. The leadership was some of the worst I ever experienced in my career. 

**What problems is KellyOCG solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Literally none
