Keeyora has helped my hiring team a lot. Their customer service is fantastic: very responsive, quick to help, and always a great conversation. The UI/UX is easy to use. I barely had to train my hiring managers; it truly feels plug-and-play and was simple to set up alongside a system like Greenhouse Recruiting. It also integrates seamlessly with Greenhouse. I was able to setup all of my hiring managers in 1 training session. (They love it too!) I’ve never had any performance issues, either—it consistently works as expected, and is compliant with messaging laws. Pricing is extremely fair. I’ve worked with other vendors who charged double without offering as much functionality. They also continue to improve the system with updates like stage-based automations, which have helped my hiring team retain new applicants. Keeyora recently introduced stage-based automations, which have been extremely helpful. Upon entering a stage, Keeyora triggers a message to the candidate. I have used this to let candidates know we are reviewing their applications, they are moving to the next stage, or what tasks they have to di (IE - Skills Test). It has freed up my time, that was previously spent manually sending these messages.

The ease of use - It was straightforward to set up the texting platform and integrate it with our Greenhouse ATS. It is reliable. The personal support from the team was hands down the best I have received from any other company. Their pricing was straightforward and competitive!
