"Exceptionally Secure and (Mostly) User-Friendly Password Management"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

It is *very* secure and it is actually surprisingly user friendly in terms of storing and organizing passwords and multiple logins under one site/account. I also do like that it is a stand alone desktop application AND can function pretty similarly as a browser plug-in/extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

I find it frustrating to have to log-in repeatedly and how frequently that log-in will time out and require me to log back in. I don't believe that has to do with the application necessarily but more so how we use it as an organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Versatile Credential Management, Minor Glitches with Latest Update"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

I love the fact that i can store usernames, passwords, and mfa codes. The software will allow you to click a website login URL Link from within Keeperfill, and either use hot keys to fill in your credentials or click the fields and choose the appropriate info that you wanted “filled-in” by Keeper. Keeperfill also allows you to fill in passwords for non- website applications such as remote desktop credentials, etc.

I Also love the sync, mobile app and the ability to switch between my personal account and a business account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Latest version seems to be having a

Conflict with copilot or AI that tries to answer questions, as it will sometime not fill in information correctly. I know that keeper completely rebuilt the keeper fill part recently and it will probably take a little time to work out the bugs. I simply went back to an older version until the problem is resolved. I'll keep testing the latest versions on my test pc until I update our fleet of PCs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Innovative, User-Friendly Password Manager—But Pricing Could Be Clearer"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Innovative and easy to use.

We were looking for a replacement for LastPass and are glad we came across Keeper. The browser add-on works seamlessly, and the admin console is intuitive and easy to navigate.

As with any password management solution, adoption is critical. Keeper proved far easier for our organization, both in terms of rollout and integration. Our users especially appreciate features like the Security Audit, which highlights reused or weak passwords, and Breachwatch, which alerts them if their credentials appear on the dark web.

I haven't had the opportunity to engage with customer support yet, so I can't comment on that aspect. From an administrative perspective, however, the reporting tools are thorough and robust, making it teasy to identify who's using Keeper and how often.

Overall, Keeper password management simpler, more transparent, and more secure for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Cost and Sales tactics

Be prepared to pay for an expensive solution. A quick search online regarding cost and Keeper will yield results identifying that they've changed up their cost model and discounting. This left previous contracts and quotes for others difficult to honor, ours included. While the product itself is strong, the pricing transparency and consistency could be improved. "Keeper Security Password Management – Enterprise Review"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Deploying Keeper Password Manager across our enterprise was a seamless experience. The platform was straightforward to implement, and Keeper’s team provided multiple training sessions that greatly facilitated user onboarding. Their proactive support ensured that our staff felt confident using the system from day one.

What stands out most is Keeper’s responsive and knowledgeable support. Every question we had—technical or operational—was addressed promptly and thoroughly.

I’ve recommended Keeper to colleagues and family members, and I’ll continue to do so. It’s a reliable, secure, and user-friendly solution for password and secrets management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The only challenge I’ve encountered with Keeper Password Manager is distinguishing between locally managed accounts and those provisioned through Azure. It can be a bit confusing at times, as I need to remember to select the correct directory to locate the accounts I’m looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeper is a great password manager service"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

User friendly, ability to access the application. Can be done via browser widget, web portal, mobile app or desktop app. It allows the ability in the work environment to share passwords securely without actually letting the other users know what it is. The application being able to be that 2fa/mfa option is very nice as well. Not having to dig out the key fob, or go into a mobile app to grab the code, its right there in Keeper. This ability makes it more conveinent for when users change devices, don't have to "re key" accounts, its cloud based, follows you where you need to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Sometimes using allowing Keeper to assist in updating a password within the browser is hit or miss. It could be user error, but don't always get the password process correct, and then I have to reset the password because the one keeper has isn't working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Secure Password Management for Teams"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

What I appreciate most is how simple it is to create, store, and manage passwords, both for myself and for the entire team. The built-in password generator is excellent, making it easy for us to maintain strong password standards without much effort. Sharing credentials securely with team members is straightforward, and when someone leaves or changes roles, revoking their access is quick and doesn’t require resetting all the passwords. Managing sensitive login information has become much less stressful, and I feel confident that everything is encrypted and well managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

Setting up the admin features was somewhat challenging at the beginning, particularly when it came to understanding roles and permissions. A few of the settings are not immediately intuitive, so there is definitely a learning curve involved. Additionally, the cost can increase depending on the number of users required. However, despite these points, I find that the security and peace of mind provided make it worthwhile overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Security, But Customer Support and iOS Experience Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

Keeper securely keeps our organization’s passwords safe and backed up. It also lets group passwords get shared securely. Having a family account free for each user is great and encourages safe password management in and out of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

As a company, Keeper’s customer support team hasn’t always been the best. A representative named Cody was argumentative with us as we were migrating and combing 2 Keeper tenants, and ultimately got us locked out of everyone’s passwords. Fortunately we were able to move them all to a different account and get them back. Also, it is frustrating in the iOS app, you can’t switch between personal and work accounts when filling a password. You have to go to the Keeper app, log off and then log back in and then return to the app needing the password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich, Easy Integration, and Excellent Support with Keeper Password Manager"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

I am currently using Keeper Password Manager at my organization and have also used it at previous companies. The platform offers a variety of features. Integration is straightforward, allowing you the flexibility to choose between the browser extension or the native desktop app. The browser extension can be deployed via intune, GPO, etc. One feature I find useful is the guided assistant, which helps with changing passwords on linked websites. Additionally, there are several authentication options available, such as SSO and 2FA, among others. I have also interacted with their support team multiple times for other products in their portfolio, and my experiences have always been positive.

Breachwatch is also a nice feature especially if your deploying this org-wide you can generate reports to provide for exec meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

I don't have any dislikes about the product. In my experience it is a solid platform that adds value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best password manager you'll use as an administrator!"
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

I really like how organized everything is — the interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. It’s simple to store and find passwords, and the autofill and security features make daily use very efficient. Overall, it feels reliable and user-friendly for both personal and work accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

While it’s a great tool overall, some advanced features require extra setup or a paid plan, which can be inconvenient. Syncing between devices occasionally takes a bit of time, and the mobile app could be slightly more responsive. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall experience. "Intuitive and Practical Tool - Highly recommended for companies looking to enhance their security."
What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?

The practicality of the tool is something truly considerable, very intuitive to use, aiding in the learning curve. Very quick implementation and great integrations. These items make the daily use of the tool very good and easy to propagate among internal teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?

The tool does not have major problems, it fulfills its purpose very well. But I miss some customizations, such as a dark mode option, as well as the ability to edit or customize the display image of the registration icons. Support in Portuguese would be excellent.
