What do you like best?

- Mobility on my iPad and MAC, Sync's quickly and reliably.

- Paperless: Take photos of invoices and other supporting documents, and attach it to the accounting entry.

- Has all the accounting functionality required for small/medium sized businesses

- Training and Customer Service is second to none!

- In expensive, but highest value for the money.

What do you dislike?

"Easy to use, terrific support."

What do you like best?

Simple layout, can use parts of the product or only aspects that you want to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I find some of the fields hard to find, like when invoicing, there is briefly an email option for example, and it disappears and the process could be more streamlined, easier to go from creating invoice to emailing it to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a trial, see if you like it, I have used Simply Accounting in the past, which I found more extensive that what I need now, and also difficult to navigate. Freshbooks was very easy to set up for invoicing etc., but was expensive and I didn't want to use more of the product at that cost. There are a Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use it for invoicing, and given recent events have been able to quickly find reports on totals for salaries, costs, etc. I also do not like that when I enter a receipt for expenses, it is difficult to over-ride the GST, often some items are GST-able and others aren't, and I have to break the invoice into two components, it would be nice to designate the GST on the invoice in a more straightforward manner.
