Being able to track how long the client viewed the quote, and when they viewed it, really should be a requirement. Accepting the quote live is also great. It integrates with our distributors and Autotask, etc., so we can pull live pricing directly into the quote builder. **What do you dislike about Kaseya Quote Manager?** It could be nice to have a way for the end client to post questions about the quote directly in the viewer, or to add notes and comments on specific parts of it. That said, maybe it’s better to keep those discussions live. If you use Kaseya BMS you are screwed, not allowed to even write your own integration. It is clear they have a write API, but only provide it to their partners ConnectWise and Datto, not their over decade long customers.
