Claims processing automation saved my sanity. I manage vendor relations for a grocery chain, and chargebacks were a constant headache, damaged goods, short shipments, pricing discrepancies, all handled manually with paper trails that went nowhere. FLIP automated the entire flow: intake, validation, matching to purchase orders, everything. The AI reads invoices and packing slips without requiring us to train it on every vendor’s format. Implementation took longer than initially suggested. We were quoted about six weeks, but it ended up closer to ten. Some of that was on our side since our data was messier than expected, but it’s still worth planning for. The mobile app is also fairly bare-bones, it’s fine for checking status, but I can’t really take action. Being able to approve or resolve items on the go would be a big improvement.
