**Describe the project or task Kaana helped with:**

We had worked with another Zuora partner previously and found LeadTo to help with our Zuora Implementation and integration work with Salesforce and NetSuite.

**What do you like best about Kaana?**

They are extremely knowledgeable within the Zuora world. They understand all of our three systems, Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite and how they all work together. They are also helping with some of our external integrations and how those should interact with all of the systems we have.

**What do you dislike about Kaana?**

LeadTo is small and sometimes they are very busy. I haven't encountered a time though when they weren't willing to meet earlier or later in the day to fit us in.

**Recommendations to others considering Kaana:**

Yes. Use LeadTo, you will not be disappointed! We have a few more projects that we are definitely going to be using LeadTo.
