Works Reviews & Product Details

Overview Works, developed by JynAI, is an AI Business Operating System built for founder-led companies. It centralizes marketing, sales, and customer operations into a single platform, replacing the need to manage these functions across disconnected tools. Key Features Built-in playbooks: Over 500 pre-configured playbooks based on established business frameworks, including EOS, MEDDIC, ABM, PLG, and StoryBrand, giving teams structured processes rather than blank-slate tools. AI specialist agents (Works Crew): A set of AI agents executes workflows end-to-end, carrying tasks through to completion rather than simply assisting with individual steps. Five-engine architecture: The platform is built on five underlying engines covering reasoning, execution, memory, monitoring, and synthesis, and automatically selects from more than 100 AI models based on the task at hand. Broad integration library: Connects with over 3,000 existing applications, allowing companies to retain their current technology stack instead of replacing it. Action logging: All actions taken within the platform are logged and can be exported for review, supporting transparency and oversight. Target Users Works is designed for B2B SaaS and Professional Services companies, particularly those operating without large, specialized departments for each business function. Pricing Works is priced per seat, with tiers ranging from $9 to $59 per seat per month depending on the feature set selected. Differentiators Rather than functioning as a single-purpose point solution, Works combines framework-based playbooks, multi-agent task execution, and a broad third-party integration footprint within one system, positioning it as an operational layer that sits across existing tools rather than requiring their replacement.
