JustOKRs is laser focused on making the best OKR tool. Inspired by the ease of using Google Docs or Sheets to track your OKRs, JustOKRs adds the ablility to easily score OKRs, assign ownership and align your OKRs. Businesses often fall into the trap of over-engineering their goals. When they do that, they spend more time getting stuck in stakeholder analysis than actually getting the work done. This product forces you to keep your goals streamlined and simple and get it done! **What do you dislike about JustOKRs?** I still sometimes need to think about where I need to click to update certain areas (i.e., if I want to update the comments, I often can't remember where I have to go.) To that end, I think the UI could be a little more intuitive, but that's being VERY nit-picky. If I am starting a business or a team, I am coming to JustOKRs right away. **What problems is JustOKRs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly, we are streamlining all of our strategies into one tool. And keeping it focussed. In doing this, we're able to isolate road blocked items faster and can celebrate wins more readily because they are more evident to us. ### 2. The ability to set company, team, and user level OKRs is extremely useful. **What do you dislike about JustOKRs?** It would be great if there was a 'dark mode'. **Recommendations to others considering JustOKRs:** JustOKRs is the best OKR management tool on the market. Use it. Stop looking at alternatives and use JustOKRs. **What problems is JustOKRs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Developing, recording, monitoring and aligning OKRs at the company and team level. It has given our team a central location to monitor and review OKR progress and provides transparency to the whole process. ### 3. You can track everything in one spot like notes and changes and then link any project boards attached to the KRs **What problems is JustOKRs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's improved company communication, provided transparency on progress, increased department accoutability and reinforces the collective group working towards the same goals. ### 4. Less is more when it comes to organizational alignment and this tool gets it right. **What do you dislike about JustOKRs?** There is nothing I dislike because it’s simple and does the job it sets out to do. **Recommendations to others considering JustOKRs:** If you want to align your team around common goals, OKRs are a simple way to achieve this. Alignment is everything. One of the keys to alignment though is simplicity. Less is more. Free OKRs by design is setup to keep it simple and in my opinion this is its greatest power. **What problems is JustOKRs solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps create alignment across our entire team. It’s so simple to setup, update and report on. With OKRs simplicity is the key to making them work and Just OKRs does this better than any other tool I’ve tried. ### 5.
