## About JustCRM
JustCRM is a legal practice management platform that gives a law firm a single place to run its entire client and case workflow. Instead of spreading work across spreadsheets, email, shared drives, and separate billing tools, a firm manages cases, clients, tasks, deadlines, time tracking, invoicing, and documents in one connected system. It is built for small and mid-sized law firms, in-house legal teams, and private practitioners, with a clean, modern interface that lawyers pick up quickly. At the center of JustCRM is the case. Each case holds its documents, tasks, deadlines, client correspondence, budget, and payments together, so everyone on the matter works from one card. Cases can be viewed as a Kanban board, a list, a filterable table, or a deadline calendar, and access to confidential materials is controlled per user. Client records keep full profiles for individuals and companies, related parties, and a lead pipeline that moves a new inquiry through to a signed engagement. Email connects through a secure login, and correspondence is logged automatically against the right client and case. For billing, lawyers track time with a one-click timer that runs in the background and turn logged hours into invoices in a few steps, in multiple currencies and at each lawyer&#39;s individual rate, with outstanding balances visible per case. Documents live inside the case they belong to, and a built-in template engine generates contracts, claims, and other legal documents from the firm&#39;s own templates with fields filled in automatically. When a standard module is not enough, a custom table builder lets firms create their own registers and reference lists, linked to cases and contacts, without leaving the CRM. JustCRM includes AI that works on the firm&#39;s own data rather than generic web content. Lawyers can ask the firm&#39;s internal knowledge base questions in natural language and get answers with citations and links to the source document, generate documents from templates, dictate work descriptions by voice and have them rewritten into clean legal text, and search Ukrainian court practice from inside a case. The firm&#39;s documents are not used to train third-party models, and the lawyer always keeps the final decision. JustCRM is designed and supported in Ukraine and reflects the local legal context, including the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian court practice that most international tools do not cover. It integrates with Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and OneDrive, so a firm keeps its existing stack and adds structure on top. The platform runs on isolated, encrypted infrastructure with per-organization data separation and two-factor authentication. The biggest Ukrainian law firms already run their daily work in JustCRM.
