Just Social is a type of Employee Intranet solution, that offers news, chat, surveys, events, a wiki, files, an employee directory, and analytics. Its intuitive design makes it easy to reach all employees, whether they&#39;re using a browser on their PC or the app on their mobile device. **What do you like best about JUST SOCIAL?**

UI/UX
The interface is clean, well‑structured, and intuitive. It’s easy to navigate, allowing users to work efficiently from the start.

Performance
Just Social is stable and reliable in daily use. Content loads quickly, and publishing can be planned and executed without delays.

Support
The support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and solution‑oriented. Requests are handled quickly and in a very personal manner.

**What do you dislike about JUST SOCIAL?**

It would be really helpful to have a trash bin or archive feature so deleted content can be reviewed and, if needed, restored. This would be especially useful in situations where something is accidentally removed by another user.

**What problems is JUST SOCIAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just Social supports us in our day-to-day communication. It also gives employees without a PC workstation access to all relevant information, and the integrated translation feature noticeably improves communication with colleagues who speak little or no German.

**What do you like best about JUST SOCIAL?**

We greatly appreciate the simple and intuitive usability of JUST SOCIAL as well as the tidy design. It's fun to work with the application and it can be used immediately without training. The initial setup was very easy and we only needed two short appointments with the JUST SOCIAL team to set everything up. Additionally, we use the Active Directory integration for Single Sign-On, which is very convenient for us.

**What do you dislike about JUST SOCIAL?**

We are completely happy with JUST SOCIAL!

JUST SOCIAL improves employee information and communication among each other.

**What do you like best about JUST SOCIAL?**

I have found Just Social to be a very handy in helping me to be in touch with my colleagues and other members of the team. It creates a focused environment where people can post information and work products, eliminating departmentalization.

**What do you dislike about JUST SOCIAL?**

Just Social is not built with rich features suitable for co-creation of contents. For-profit collaboration there is no specific feature in the platform to collaborate and share works in progress (WIP).

**What problems is JUST SOCIAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just Social answers common conflict of communication in massive companies by giving people work platform for communication.  This makes information easy to reach, promotes collaboration and increases transparency to most of the working teams.

**What do you like best about JUST SOCIAL?**

It is very easy to use and implement. I love this kind of collaboration software. I frequently use it in my day-to-day life. It has a lot of features and provides a high level of integration. I love its customer support services. I will recommend it to others to use it.

**What do you dislike about JUST SOCIAL?**

It is a little bit more costly than its competitors. It is not possible for all small businesses to use it at this price range.

It helps in team collaboration and employee management. Hence, saves a lot of time.

The atmosphere of the intranet. The way it is designed is pretty nice, it is super user friendly and it has easy integration with daily apps as MS TEams

**What do you dislike about JUST SOCIAL?**

Meets sometimes are a bit slow, but this can happen with other tools as well

Collaborative work with colleagues, ease of interacting and sharing files while working together in a very nice interface

**What do you like best about JUST SOCIAL?**

Just Social is not a new name when it comes to social networking apps allowing users across the globe to collaborate seamlessly for business needs, meetings, proposals etc.

**What do you dislike about JUST SOCIAL?**

Below are the things that I believe can be improved -

1. Just Social is not having any free trial version. Just Social team can work on this to attract more customers.
2.  Just Social team can work on adding more features such as presentations, whiteboarding, etc.

**What problems is JUST SOCIAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Below are the benefits of using JUST SOCIAL -

1. Easy and simple user interface
2. Robust customer support
3. Competitive pricing
4. JUST SOCIAL takes the customer feedback very seriously and tend to work on the feedbacks/suggestions by the customers most of the time

**What do you like best about JUST SOCIAL?**

I love the user interface and flexibility of the software. They've got some great support consultants and developers, but hardly any sales reps handling the business side of the relationship, which is pretty unusual. Hence you really get what they promise you to get. 

The software is continuously improving with feedback and paid features from other clients.

**What do you dislike about JUST SOCIAL?**

With new features they are not always as quick as I'd like them to be and new versions of their software often mature after they've been rolled out to clients. Therefore I always wait for the first bug fix release before going live.

Several changes in the UI during the past couple of years had me explain every change to my users over and over again. People really are not as smart as you'd think they are.

**Recommendations to others considering JUST SOCIAL:**

talk and think about your requirements and really use their offer to do workshops with several user groups from your organisation.

**What problems is JUST SOCIAL solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration across locations and countries. Significant reduction in # of emails. Rich User Profiles allowed for the discovery of ideas, skills and talent that we had not seen before.
