I love how it is on the Salesforce platform. With it being on that, there’s no limit to what you can add to your Jungo software; business texting, voicemail drops, yesware software which is perfect for knowing when leads open emails and when they do. I like that we can build campaigns to stay in touch with clients so that we don't have to call every time to stay in touch. What do you dislike about Jungo: The Mortgage App? The support desk is basically useless. a couple girls on our team have had to figure out everything on their own. Once you figure everything out it is easy enough but the start up was rough. Also if you hit one of your open tasks on the app it marks it complete which is dangerous. The monthly fee only gives you access to the basics and if you want them to help with additional campaigns and such you have to pay for them (or have a team that will figure it out) but that takes a long time to get going.
