We use the platform almost on a daily basis and send lessons on a 5-week-cadence but the plans/activities are also accessible 24/7 a day, based on the configurations on specific plans. Wasn't involved in the implementation-phase of the platform when it was purchased. **What do you dislike about Junglemap?** The phishing simulation functionality is lacking data features that gives us information about when a users interacts with a phishing simulation. The UI/UX of phishing simulations are also hard coded so us, the customer, have to rely on their internal work and product features. An excellent choice if you are a company going from zero looking to implement a new security awarenesss platform - especially if budget is an obstacle. Overall Junglemap is a good choice if you are looking to get up and running quickly with your training. The platform is easy to use and it's cheap compared to other solutions, but you still get a lot of bang for your buck with good and professional support. **What do you dislike about Junglemap?** Depending on your needs here are a few downsides: -Can't export content to your company's own LMS, you have to use Junglemap's. -Styling / layout of lessons is quite rigid and there are limited options. -Potential compatability issues depending on your company's IT-setup, particularly with regards to the Phishing tool. -If you have budget to spend there are solutions out there offering more advanced functionality, libraries with more content (posters, videos, graphics etc.). **What problems is Junglemap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Junglemap provides us with a platform to reach all our employees in a simple and effective way. Because the lessons are short, 3-4 minutes, we don't take too much of the company's valuable time and employees don't get annoyed or bored with the content. With monthly manager reports we are able to ensure follow-up on those employees who are not completing their lessons. They has always kept what they promised. They are always ontime to meetings and always comes with suggestions but leaves it up to the customer to decide. I haven't had better support from any company! Rapid respons via email and chat! They have also increased number of products so if you plan to collaborate with Junglemap they can cover many areas. With their new product with AI it is easy to integrate own learningpaths and the implementation of for example 'Information security awareness', which is a very important lesson to staffmembers of companies today was easy to implement as it was structured from the beginning. Their updated product of phishing has also developed to be much more useful and all the settings that has to be done is easy to be found in the documentation. Even though I don't often log in as an administrator, it is easy to understand the structure and how the distribution of lessons takes place. The implementation to the organization's own personnel register was simple and now each new employee receives information about important things during their first weeks at us and later they recieve lessons about 'Information security awareness' every second week.
