Easy admin portal, giving users access to specific plans or activities, the CSM is quick and responsive when needed. The integration with our internal technologies and environment is working without noticable errors. We use the platform almost on a daily basis and send lessons on a 5-week-cadence but the plans/activities are also accessible 24/7 a day, based on the configurations on specific plans. The phishing simulation functionality is lacking data features that gives us information about when a users interacts with a phishing simulation. The UI/UX of phishing simulations are also hard coded so us, the customer, have to rely on their internal work and product features. Easy to implement, even when not using AD integration. NIce bite-sized courses. Very easy to adapt existing course material and phishing tests, and the AI module allows you to make new courses quite simple. A good price for a good service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation was easy to achieve, we added integration with our systems and then we were up and running. The dashboard is easy to use and contains several predefined courses added by JungleMap. We have a subscription with AI functionality, to be able to create our own customized courses. We experience good support all the way from JungleMap.

Our users receive tasks via email so that they regularly get new tasks to solve after first receiving information about a topic. As the tasks are completed by the users, this is updated in the dashboard, and we can create reports that are shared with the managers. We've been using Junglemap for roughly four years now and have been pleased overall with the services they offer:

-Simple and intuitive platform without too many bells and whistles.

-Good selection of user-guides to get you started.

-Extensive library of content that you can choose from - Security, GDPR, Compliance etc.

-Easy to set up distributions with lesson invitations sent out via email.

-Professional support and quick reponse time - shout out to Customer Success Manager Julia!

-Attractive pricing model where you pay a flat fee for unlimited number of users (add-ons cost extra). An excellent choice if you are a company going from zero looking to implement a new security awarenesss platform - especially if budget is an obstacle.

Overall Junglemap is a good choice if you are looking to get up and running quickly with your training. The platform is easy to use and it's cheap compared to other solutions, but you still get a lot of bang for your buck with good and professional support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Depending on your needs here are a few downsides:

-Can't export content to your company's own LMS, you have to use Junglemap's.

-Styling / layout of lessons is quite rigid and there are limited options.

-Potential compatability issues depending on your company's IT-setup, particularly with regards to the Phishing tool.

-If you have budget to spend there are solutions out there offering more advanced functionality, libraries with more content (posters, videos, graphics etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Relevant courses given in NanoLearning lessons makes it manageable to do the courses in a busy work day and you keep topics top of mind. Easy to implement and easy to distribute the lessons.
