JungleDisk Pricing FAQs

Is JungleDisk free, or does it offer a free trial?

No. According to G2 data, JungleDisk does not offer a free plan or free trial. Users need to purchase a paid plan to access the product. Visit the seller's official pricing page for current pricing details and plan options.

Who is JungleDisk pricing best suited for?

JungleDisk's pricing is best suited for small businesses needing affordable, straightforward cloud backup and cybersecurity bundling. G2 reviewers from small businesses in IT services, computer networking, and accounting consistently praise ease of setup and pricing fairness at the entry tiers. The Cybersecurity Starter at $8 fits lean teams prioritizing backup and email archiving. Mid-market firms in accounting, computer software, and medical devices also appear across G2 reviews, though some flag per-user costs becoming burdensome at scale. The Cybersecurity Complete tier at $12 suits organizations with compliance or security training needs. Enterprise buyers with complex infrastructure requirements should pursue JungleDisk's custom quote option.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of JungleDisk?

JungleDisk offers no free tier. G2's pricing data for JungleDisk shows three paid tiers starting at $8/month. The Cybersecurity Starter at $8 covers cloud backup for PCs, Macs, Linux, NAS backup, email archiving, and phishing alerts. The Cybersecurity Standard at $10 adds password management, secure password generation, browser plug-ins, and two-step verification. The Cybersecurity Complete at $12 bundles all prior features plus security awareness training, simulated phishing attacks, and remote work security modules. Enterprise buyers can request custom quotes. G2 reviewers note storage limits as a recurring constraint across JungleDisk's paid plans, with extra cloud storage incurring additional charges.

Is JungleDisk considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers are split on JungleDisk's value. Small businesses and IT-focused users frequently praise fair, competitive pricing — one small business reviewer in electrical manufacturing noted JungleDisk had the best inclusive price after comparing multiple vendors. However, mid-market reviewers flag cost as a concern; one noted approximately $2,300/month for ~100 users ($23/user), calling it expensive. A former user on G2 flagged abrupt billing jumps — from $3 to $8 to $24/month — and switched to BackBlaze B2. Overall 4.5/5 average rating suggests most users find value, but cost sensitivity rises sharply at mid-market scale and for light-usage personal accounts.

What do you like best about JungleDisk?

The value offered by CyberFortress is fantastic. The support staff helped set up veeam connection to their cloud, and the pricing is very fair; we compared them to several other options, and they had the best inclusive price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JungleDisk?

I see no downsides to using CyberFortress Data Recovery & Backup. My only complaint is that we received the bill and are given several options to pay. To use a credit card, we must request information. I did, via email, and I called and left a message. No instructions yet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
