I am a fairly new user and am still figuring it out, but I am very excited at the opportunity to organize this is offering me. **What do you dislike about Jumppl?** So far, I have not found anything that I dislike, necessarily.. but, I would say that training videos for new users that walk through simple tasks would be nice. They do have several training videos available, but they are pretty long and cove a lot of information and can be a little intimidating for a new user. **Recommendations to others considering Jumppl:** If you need a powerful and affordable project and team management solution, look no further. **What problems is Jumppl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was struggling to figure out how to grow my business from a one-man operation to a team of dedicated people. I was getting VERY overwhelmed trying to keep track of emails, task lists, projects, ideas... all that are scattered across several platforms. Jumppl is putting it all in one place for me to manage easily. ### 2. It's giving you a premium feel if you are running an agency. Another good feature is chat and file management. **What do you dislike about Jumppl?** I personally do not like the UI for project management. I have shared this with the team and hopefully, they will work on it. It's a bit complex if you have multiple clients and multiple projects. **Recommendations to others considering Jumppl:** It's a good project and you can surely try it out. It might be a bit complex for some features but the founder is approachable and can help you personally to solve it. **What problems is Jumppl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client management, Team management, and giving users a proper way to communicate and share files and updates on projects. Being a user for 2+ months, I am a bit satisfied but still, feel some things need improvements. ### 3. I love that they have a free trial to make sure you and all the people you work with like the platform before spending the monthly fee on it. Even then, it's a very small fee, so when you have a rotating team, you're not too much out of pocket. **What do you dislike about Jumppl?** Jumppl was a bit difficult to navigate at first, and the user interface is slightly outdated. I have worked with quite a few project management apps and there are definitely more trendy and aesthetically pleasing sites out there. **What problems is Jumppl solving and how is that benefiting you?** I worked with a rotating team of freelancers and had quite a few clients. This was an excellent app for keeping everyone and everything organized and informed. Jumppl is a great tool for client-facing positions. ### 4. Each client has its own area and access plus control. **What do you dislike about Jumppl?** UI and UX could use some work. It's fine but it could be smoother/cleaner to navigate. Otherwise it's a great platform worth looking into for any agency or independent contractor type. **What problems is Jumppl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Client management, file management, ease of operations and keepign everything orderly is huge for any client facing business. What used to be a handful of different apps and softwares is now under just one application that can be accessed from anywhere and on any device. ### 7. The Chat feature was quite easy to use. The Time Management module was easy to setup and use for tracking purposes. **What do you dislike about Jumppl?** File Folder option was helpful. It wasn't intuitive if integration to OneDrive and other systems is available easily (the capabilities might be there but I was not able to find it). While File Storage within the tool is indeed required, often integration with other document management systems is warranted. **What problems is Jumppl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Group Management and Time Management Portal ### 8. Versus other competitors, this is the way to go if you're on a budget **What do you dislike about Jumppl?** In all honesty, there wasn't anything I disliked about this program. It all seemed to work smoothly, with no glitches. **What problems is Jumppl solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to manage new projects and manage the team we were putting on each task.
