Like when you're trying to rearrange questions, the elements don't always snap into place smoothly. Jot form is a robust form maker with thousands of templates, a user-friendly interface, and many form elements, including unique widgets that allow you to add, for example, payments. I have been able to create tests, job application forms, inventory forms, polls, product lists for online orders, and many other forms. **What do you dislike about Jotform Mobile Forms?** I have been unable to create a psychometric assessment form that allows me to show the results after filling it. Currently, the only way to see the results in a visually friendly way is by using the Report Builder, which is excellent, but I have to do it manually. If there is a way to do it automatically, I still haven't found it. **What problems is Jotform Mobile Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jotform offers so many solutions that it is impossible to choose just one. However, the most useful one to me is the Store Builder, which was very helpful for me when I opened my little food business during the pandemic. ### 4. This is a bonus because I recommend apps to various agents and clients and prefer apps I use and feature to be available on both platforms. **What do you dislike about Jotform Mobile Forms?** For me when I use the mobile app, I feel like I lose some of the functionality of the full site. I take in large amounts of data from various lead sources and use Jotforms to organize and standardize the data. As long as you are adding basic fields, it's very straightforward to make a way to collect information directly from your phone. You can share the link or invite others to send responses to the form without leaving your phone. I love that when someone fills out the form, I have the option to be notified with a pop up on my phone in addition to an email. **What do you dislike about Jotform Mobile Forms?** Very minor, but sometimes formatting and adding more complex fields are a bit difficult to navigate on the phone screen just because of size. Before, technicians filled in physical forms, which they later transcribed into digital files to be reviewed by engineers. It was a lengthy process, and sometimes service reports would take up to a week or two to be finished. With Jotfom mobile apps, the technicians fill in the forms, which are uploaded in real-time. Our engineers review them, and the reports are ready to be sent to our clients in a maximum of 3 days. **What do you dislike about Jotform Mobile Forms?** At first, the app didn't run smoothly on the phones we had, but we quickly upgraded the phones to accommodate for Jotform, it was worth it! During Covid 19 pandemic the pub owners are asked to collect the contact details of the customers.While many do not mind using their mobiles to answer few simple question the customers are reluctant to register for this purposes. **What do you dislike about Jotform Mobile Forms?** While the functionality is rich and easy to use it is not always obvious how as a business owner I can use it. There are over 60 templates of Registration or Reservation forms but the quantity does not add any value. On one hand it sends a clear message that many companies trust them but Adobe forms were good when Google forms did not exist and itmis the opposite at present. **What problems is Jotform Mobile Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide superior quality experience for our customers vs competitors around the corner who use pencil and paper for the same and, therefore the customers have to sanitise their hands before and after using the same pencil. ### 16.
