Jotform’s like this weird magic trick in the middle of a boring school day. You put together a form and suddenly a whole flood of answers comes back, clean and tidy, like kids lining up for recess. It doesn’t take brains or blood to make the forms either, just a couple clicks and it’s alive. The best part was slapping it into a web app and watching people actually use it, like—hey, they’re paying attention, they’re really here. But then the grown-up stuff comes in: the costs, and they’re high, like cafeteria milk prices if you stacked them for a year. And when you go digging for help, half the support feels like some cold robot trying to pat your head instead of a real person talking back. I did find a human in the forums, though, which was like finding a cigarette butt still warm on the sidewalk—you take what you can get. All said, it’s a damn good tool, even if it bites a little.
