Jobsgenerator Reviews & Product Details

JobsGenerator is a B2B SaaS platform that helps HR professionals and managers create structured, machine-readable job profiles in minutes. Where traditional job documentation takes hours or days, JobsGenerator delivers a complete profile in under 3 minutes using the 4D method: Goal, Domain, Doing, and Drivers. The platform generates five outputs from a single input: a detailed job profile with result areas and responsibilities; a job posting that attracts suitable candidates; a role-specific competency model with concrete behavioral indicators; STAR interview questions tied to competencies; and assessment criteria for post-hire evaluation. JobsGenerator is purpose-built for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, which requires organizations to work with objective job classification systems and publish salary bands in vacancies from 2027. The platform links every job profile to a salary band based on function level, giving HR teams the documentation they need to meet compliance requirements without a lengthy implementation project. The tool is used by HR managers, recruiters, and business owners in small and medium-sized organizations who need structured job architecture without hiring an external consultant. No HR expertise required. Job profiles are exportable as PDF and directly usable for recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and salary conversations.
