I like that all the information is there and available for me to see when I need to. From photographs to contracts to supplies lists to a calendar and more, Job Progress makes it easy to access all the information about anything that I need to help the customer. As great as all the information is, it is hard to access. Job Progress often lags due to slow speeds and is very difficult to navigate. This software was not designed with the ease of the user in mind and is not intuitive to use. Information can often be put in multiple places and lost in the process.
