JobLog Reviews & Product Details

JobLog is a Chrome extension designed to streamline the job application process by automating repetitive tasks and organizing application details. It enables users to autofill common fields in job application forms, such as contact information, education, and work experience, across platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, and iCIMS. This feature reduces manual data entry, allowing job seekers to focus on tailoring their applications to specific roles. In addition to autofill capabilities, JobLog offers an integrated application tracker. Users can save job postings, monitor application statuses, record recruiter interactions, and schedule follow-ups. This centralized tracking system helps maintain an organized job search, ensuring that no opportunity is overlooked. JobLog emphasizes user control and privacy. The extension does not automatically submit applications; instead, it highlights missing required fields and prompts users to review and manually submit each application. All user data, including profiles and application records, are stored locally in Chrome storage on the user's device, ensuring that personal information remains private and is not sold or shared. The extension also provides a library of cover letter templates tailored to various roles, such as remote positions, support, operations, and data entry. These templates serve as starting points, allowing users to customize their cover letters efficiently. JobLog is available for free, offering core features like autofill and tracking for up to 15 unique applications. For users seeking enhanced functionality, JobLog Pro is available at $4.99 per month. The Pro version includes unlimited application tracking, CSV export capabilities, unlimited saved job descriptions, access to over 120 cover letter templates, application status history, follow-up organization tools, and an advanced job search dashboard. By focusing on reducing repetitive tasks and enhancing organization, JobLog aims to make the job application process more efficient and manageable for job seekers.
