When making the app jmango sets out a roadmap to follow and they follow up each week to measure the progress. We had a good experience working this way. We also got training in how to best make use of the features of the app which potentially could lead to a better customer experience and more sales. **What do you dislike about JMango360?** We never had any issues with jmango that is why we are deplloying our second app with them. **What problems is JMango360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the app we get more customer loyalty to us. We use BigCommerce as our ecommerce site and Jmango's integration with BigCommerce makes setting everything up simple. The same settings and apps that we use in our BigCommerce store are in our mobile app as well. They really thought of everything. **What do you dislike about JMango360?** I would like to see a US based support team **What problems is JMango360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Jmango allows us to reach our mobile users where they prefer to shop, in apps.
