
What I liked best about JMango360 is that they contributed to customer engagement and sales performance. The app allowed our customers to browse and make orders easily. From our side, however, we liked most the collaborative approach of your Customer Support, as you have been able to understand and reach our needs and goals. This is very important for us because both we and our users use the app very frequently, so it is important for us to have an easy and quick approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What we like the least is that sometimes it's not easy to integrate JMango360's features with our systems, and this can require more time and/or incur additional costs in terms of implementation, but overall we have almost always managed to achieve our goals.
