Back when I first started out as a Jira administrator, JMWE played a crucial role in helping me create effective workflows. Many of the workflow rules I set up with JMWE are still in use today, which speaks to its reliability. JMWE has established itself as a third-party add-on for Jira that is here to stay, so you don't have to worry about your workflows breaking if it were to vanish from the marketplace. There really isn't any aspect of JMWE that I would consider a "dislike." If I were to really search for something, perhaps I could say that it does so much of the work for me that it doesn't challenge my knowledge as much as it could.
