"Simple, reliable, and free - JioMeet is the favorite of Indian users"
5/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

What I like most about JioMeet is that it is a simple, reliable, and free video conferencing solution. Its interface is very clean and user-friendly, allowing new users to easily start meetings without assistance. JioMeet runs video calls with good network quality and minimal lag, making conversations very smooth whether it's an office meeting, online class, or family call. Even in the free version, it provides basic essential features like screen sharing, meeting recording, chat, and background blur, so I can easily use it in various settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

The free version has fewer advanced features, integration (calendar, LMS) is limited, language support and localization could be better, and video sometimes lags a bit on older devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and User-Friendly Vertual Meeting Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I use JioMeet primarily for quick team discussions, client meetings, and online collaboration when I need a stable and easy-to-use video conferencing tool. JioMeet helps solve the challenge of staying connected with teams and clients across different locations. I like the combination of simplicity and reliability that JioMeet offers. The platform feels lightweight, meetings start quickly, and the interface is easy for anyone to use without technical confusion. The initial setup of JioMeet was very straightforward for me. What do you dislike about JioMeet?

One thing that could be improved in JioMeet is the overall meeting experience during very large sessions, where occasional lag or audio delays can happen on weaker network. I'd also like to see more advanced collaboration features such as smarter meeting control, better background customization, and smoother integration with third-party productivity tools. The mobile app works well for basic use, but the interface could feel more modern and responsive for long meetings or multitasking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Experience with Room for Growth"
4/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I really like the smooth and easy-to-use experience that JioMeet offers for live video conferencing. It's great that it's an Indian brand, so I don't have to worry much about data confidentiality, especially since I work with the military and government of India. Additionally, JioMeet's video quality is better than what I used to experience with Zoom, where the screen and video would often lag. Also, the setup is extremely easy; I just have to follow the tutorial steps provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

A lot of people don't use JioMeet, so it takes more time to set it up for them. Also, sometimes we have to switch to Zoom or Google Meet depending on the client. We generally prefer Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, No-Limits Meetings with JioMeet—Easy, Feature-Rich, and Stable"
5/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

JioMeet stands out by offering 24-hour free meetings for up to 100 people with no time limits. It runs reliably even on low bandwidth and includes useful features like OTP login, a whiteboard, polls, and recording. The interface is simple and easy to navigate, and the India-optimized servers help keep calls stable. I also appreciate that there are no surprise paywalls. Overall, it’s a great option for long calls without dropouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

JioMeet’s UI feels dated compared with Zoom or Teams, and the background blur feature often glitches. The mobile app also drains the battery quickly. It has limited third-party integrations, lacks virtual waiting room controls, and I sometimes run into echo issues when using external microphones. Overall, the brand perception feels weaker for client-facing enterprise calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Interface with No Time Limits, But Needs Better Collaboration Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I like JioMeet because it's very simple and has no time limit, which is a big plus. It works well even with a low internet connection and has an easy-to-use and simple interface. The best part is the audio and video quality, which is crucial for quick work calls where every minute counts, and stable video helps me read expressions and stay engaged. Other features like screen sharing and call recording during meetings are also very helpful. Joining a meeting is easy to set up, and it connects with people over very long distances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

I find the limited whiteboard collaboration tools in JioMeet a bit of a drawback. It doesn't offer powerful or real-time multi-user editing features. There is also less customization, which can make workshops, training sessions, or larger team collaborations challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable for Meetings, Needs More Features"
4/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I mostly use JioMeet for hosting and attending meetings, especially for large group collaboration as it supports secure chats and screen sharing. It's best for client calls and presentations but also great for personal video calls. I like that joining and scheduling meetings is simple and quite stable even on an average internet connection, which makes calls really reliable. The overall UI is clean, and screen sharing and chat work seamlessly. I appreciate that everything is easy to find for new clients without interrupting the flow, so there's no need for guiding others. It's very simple and straightforward, and creating or joining meetings is easy since participants can join without downloading anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

I think the tools and integrations are limited, and Google Meet or Microsoft Teams are better for advanced features and collaboration. Features like breakout rooms, whiteboards, polls, and more AI features can be really helpful for different meetings and use cases. Also, I think calendar sync needs improvement. "Effortless Meetings with JioMeet's WhatsApp Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JioMeet?

I love the WhatsApp synergy with JioMeet, which allows me to start, plan, or join a meeting directly through a WhatsApp chat. There's zero friction as I can start or join meetings just by texting 'Hi' to the bot. One-click access is incredibly convenient because reminders and links arrive right where I coordinate my day. I appreciate that there's no app-switching; I can move from a chat to a video call without needing to hunt for a separate login or invitation. I find the Outlook Add-in beneficial as it lets me schedule and join meetings directly from my Microsoft Outlook calendar, turning my email hub into a one-click launchpad. The initial setup is fast and friction-free, designed for immediate use. I also like the zero-login joining feature, where I can join any meeting via a browser link without creating an account or downloading the app. Rapid registration is impressive as setting up a full account takes less than two minutes using just an Indian mobile number or email ID. The WhatsApp shortcut is handy, where I don’t even need to open the JioMeet app to start a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JioMeet?

Visual Noise: Despite the update, the interface can still feel a bit crowded compared to sleeker, more minimalist rivals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
