Jiffy Invoice Reviews & Product Details

Jiffy Invoice is the invoice app for freelancers, contractors and small businesses. Say the job and your invoice is sent 2.6 seconds after you stop talking (the median of 20 measured runs, October 2026, published at jiffy-invoice.com/proof). Create an invoice or quote in a few taps, send it as a PDF with a payment link by email, WhatsApp, text message or link, and see at a glance who has viewed it and who has paid. A quote your client signs on their phone turns into an invoice with one tap. Payment by card or Apple Pay through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. Reminders are sent for you; recurring invoices send themselves. More than 100 templates with your own logo and colors, a logo maker and AI design help. Reports with revenue per month and sales tax per quarter, receipt scans, team members and several companies in one account. Available in 100 languages on iPhone, Android and the web. Free stays free, with 3 invoices a month. Pro and Ultra come with a 7-day trial.
