Jemalys Rondes Reviews & Product Details

Jemalys Rondes is a French-language inspection rounds software for maintenance, security and facility teams in small and mid-sized companies. It is installed on your own Windows PC or server and used from any browser on the company network: no subscription, no cloud, a one-time licence. Managers describe their locations (site, building, room, machine) with a QR code each and build round templates: OK/not OK checks, readings with thresholds, lists, notes, required photos. Field agents perform the rounds on their phone browser step by step, scan the QR code of each location as proof of presence, take photos and sign with their finger, even without network (answers wait on the phone and sync when Wi-Fi is back). Each round produces a signed PDF report archived by week, and every anomaly is tracked until it is resolved. Weekly planning (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly rounds, skip weekends, move a planned round), statistics and reading charts, PDF reports, QR label sheets, Telegram alerts, user rights per section and automatic backups.
