Jemalys Carnet Reviews & Product Details

Jemalys Carnet is a French-language software to track the supplier quotes your company receives and to share team notes. Attach the PDF quote: AI reads the supplier, quote number, amounts before and after VAT and dates (or local reading without any API key); you approve, refuse or finalize it, and the file is automatically filed in your export folders by year, month, week, supplier and category, without duplicates. Notes by category, pinned, movable columns, one space per user with real-time sharing; documents and quotes linked to notes. Dashboard of committed, finalized and refused amounts per supplier with VAT computed, plus a full copy on a USB stick to move to another PC. Installed on your own Windows PC and used from any browser on the company network: no subscription, no cloud, a one-time licence. Free online demo on jemalys.fr.
