"Streamlined Hiring Tracking with Custom Stages and Easy Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I really like that I can keep track of applicants from the moment they apply through the time they’re hired by using the different customized stages in our hiring process. When I’m working with other managers, we can share information in the discussion tab so we’re always up to speed on where things stand in the hiring process. What I dislike is having to wait for a code to log in each day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Workflows and Collaborative Hiring Make JazzHR a Recruitment Powerhouse"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

When it comes to customizing workflows, we are able to adjust the hiring stages to fit our team's specific process. This flexibility makes tracking candidates much simpler, and we also benefit from insights into hiring metrics, which help us refine our recruitment strategy. The platform supports collaborative hiring by enabling several team members to review, comment on, and rate candidates, which leads to better decision-making. Additionally, JazzHR streamlines job posting by allowing us to distribute listings to multiple job boards with a single click, saving time and boosting visibility. Managing candidates is straightforward as well, with features that help us organize resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate efficiently with applicants. What do you dislike about JazzHR?

One area that could be improved is the auto-assignment of the assigned recruiter when updating a candidate’s disposition. Currently, we have to manually assign the recruiter, which adds extra steps and can lead to inconsistencies or delays in tracking ownership. It would be helpful if JazzHR could automatically retain or assign the recruiter based on previous actions or workflow rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"JazzHR & The Easy Button for Everyone!"
5/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I was able to create an easy-to-use, mobile optimized application that does not require any log-ins or password creations. I met my applicants where they are...primarily on their phone! The workflows were easy to create and implement and my Onboarding partner at JazzHR was with me, every step of the way. The new hires flow easily back into ADP...it's a win-win! The value of what you get for the price is amazing. Adding text features and having new Talent-Fit feature that has been optimized to help us quickly identify (quickly) candidates that will likely meet all of our qualifications. What do you dislike about JazzHR?

I wish they would have the option to have more than approval workflow for creating a requisition. We have numerous approval paths and it's not easy to work within JazzHR for the layers we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear JazzHR is helping simplify recruiting and onboarding for your team. We also appreciate your feedback on approval workflows and will share it with our team.

"Streamlined Hiring and Easy HRIS Integration with JazzHR"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

JazzHR has helped our company streamline the hiring process to help us hire talent faster. We came from a paper application process to a streamlined process. The workflows helped cut out repetitive tasks. Integration with our HRIS is important to keep data moving, and this was easy to set up. The system is easy to use and configure to your company's processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

One of the downsides I noticed recently is I can't set up a workflow email to include the candidate link or resume. Not all of our managers are onboarded with JazzHR. Having this option would help to automate an email to send to a hiring manager the candidate link/resume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"JazzHR: Extremely User-Friendly with Helpful Quarterly Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

JazzHR is extremely user friendly, making it easy for all our hiring managers to learn quickly and efficiently. I also like being able to meet with a JazzHR representative quarterly to ask any questions that my team may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

I think it would be nice to be able have some positions be more private. For example, we give our hiring managers the option to see all positions in case their candidate has applied to another position within the organization. However, we did have a higher-profile job that we did not want all our hiring manager to see, so it would be nice to be able to make that specific position unavailable to all hiring managers. Instead, we had to go back and change their access until the position closed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"JazzHR: Streamlined Recruitment with Minor Hiccups"
5/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

What I like most about JazzHR is that we can access the pipeline and communicate and document all in one place, as well as use the interview guides. Having a pipeline allows us to reinvite candidates for positions that reopen or for additional headcount, and leverage them for new opportunities with candidates that applied in the past. The interview guides are great because we can update them and keep them posted in real time for managers during interviews. This helps conduct interviews in a real-time setting and saves time with documenting accordingly. I also found the initial setup of JazzHR amazing, definitely a 10 out of 10. What do you dislike about JazzHR?

The second level authorization could be improved if there was an option to have a time frame for when JazzHR times out. For someone like myself who spends a lot of time in JazzHR, it's annoying to always have to sign out and sign back in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Job Posting with Effective Candidate Management"
5/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I use JazzHR for job posting and candidate outreach. It posts my jobs on various sites and lets me manage all responses in one location, which is easy to use. I particularly like the bulk email and talent fit features. Bulk email allows me to respond to candidates efficiently, and the talent fit does a good job of confirming qualifications. The initial setup was also easy, which I really appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

I find long term candidate management challenging with JazzHR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient But Needs Stronger Support Options"
3/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I like that JazzHR houses all applications in one system, making it easier for communication with candidates and managers. Setting up managers and supervisors to interact in the recruitment process is easy. It's beneficial to involve hiring managers in the process, as the system allows us to easily share candidates and move through the recruitment stages. I also appreciate the system integrations with other platforms for assessments, background checks, and drug screening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

There are quite a few things about JazzHR that I think could use improvement. 1. If you aren't paying an extra fee, there is limited customer service and account management assistance available. They refer you to look at resources they have online only, and so if you are having issues in the platform it is very difficult to find a solid answer. 2. The system doesn't allow for us to house job descriptions. It would be beneficial if we could house job descriptions that can be used at the click of a button for consistency across multiple locations. 3. Reporting options are very limited. There are very few standardized reporting options, and it is very difficult to create any customized reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective ATS with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I find JazzHR to be very cost-effective compared to other applicant tracking systems (ATS), offering great value for money. The setup was actually very easy, and it was fairly straightforward to set up the pipelines. I appreciate the quick screening feature for resumes, which allows me to go through them quickly. I also like the job filters that let us easily filter candidates based on questions, and some of the automations like automated emails and questionnaires that get sent to candidates at various stages of the interview process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

TalentFit / AI solutions are very limited in ability/quality/scope. Few product upgrades in the past 2 years. The interface is still pretty old school and cumbersome to use relative to some of the higher priced ATSs. The APIs are there, but they're limited and a bit cumbersome to use. "Efficient Recruiting with Customizable Integrations"
2/5
What do you like best about JazzHR?

I like the flexibility JazzHR offers to integrate multiple systems within our ATS, like Workday HCM, which makes our recruitment process more efficient and faster. The initial setup was easy, which was a significant plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JazzHR?

The main drawbacks for me are the lack of customization options and the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
