What do you like best?
I used IvyBackup Home to use for my first home computer for personal business. Its so easy to use and you have access to technical support if needed (but I bet you won't!) You literally put forth no effort to schedule your backups for your files and docs. If you are a little more savvy, you can use the actions and filters to personalize the backups a little more. The best part though, the price! No monthly costs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The only complaint I have is with the look of the program. It definitely has a MS-DOS look to it. In a word of fancy icons and fonts galore, the look of the system takes you back a couple decades.
