I would rate a 10/10. Its a nice experience an agent should experience if he/she is in a calling environment. **What do you dislike about Ivanti Velocity?** every two minutes, there is a pop-up for feedback which, at times, is very frustrating. Navigating through different buttons becomes hassle free. Voice quality is also clear and there is no disturbance while being on a call. **What do you dislike about Ivanti Velocity?** Transferring a call gets difficult at times. Sometimes customer stays on hold, sometimes they do not. Otherwise its there is nothing to dislike about this software. **Recommendations to others considering Ivanti Velocity:** If you have a process requiring constant calls and client interaction, Speakeasy- Voice enablement is best and easy to use. Picking up calls, transfer of call, keeping on hold all the options are easy to use and makes the working smooth **What problems is Ivanti Velocity solving and how is that benefiting you?** With speakeasy-voice enablement, I am easily able to transfer/pick calls and talk to my customers smoothly.
