What do you like most about ITONICS?

The way it systematizes information. It’s like a second brain for me. It’s incredibly helpful for gathering relevant information for my foresight and forecasting studies, and for mapping out, on a global or local scale, surprising signals of change, within the specific context and timeframe I need.

I think it would be an improvement to have a library of foresight methods complete with explanations, so that you could simply choose from the library rather than having to build the methods yourself, especially if you aren’t an expert in foresight or forecasting. We worked with a lot of spreadsheets, slides and other tools before. With ITONICS, everything related to innovation and new product development is finally in one place. The different visualization tools (radar, matrix, boards, roadmaps) are great. We use them a lot in presentations and on internal/external websites. The customer success and support teams are great. The greatest benefits of ITONICS are probably the vast features: foresight and trend management, data visualization, the ease of use are unparalleled in my experience. What I like most about the product is its powerful visualizations like the radar and the matrix and the connectivity of these data points. The platform is highly configurable which was ideal as some changes needed to be made during the softrolllout. With the landing pages, we were able to guide users and specifically show what was relevant for the stakeholder group. Setting up the platform took more time and effort than we expected. It was a bit of a challenge, but the ITONICS support was there to guide us through the process.
