**What do you like best about Itero?**

What I like most about Itero is how actionable it feels for real outbound teams.

The async coaching and rep self-diagnostics really stand out. My reps can review their own calls, spot gaps, and make adjustments without waiting for a 1:1. That creates much more ownership and makes coaching far more scalable, which is critical when you’re managing a larger SDR org.

I also appreciate how it reinforces messaging consistency without making reps sound robotic. It supports real execution, not just reporting, and that’s a big difference in day-to-day use.

**What do you dislike about Itero?**

If I had to point to something, there’s always a bit of a learning curve when you roll it out to an entire team. Like any performance tool, it really depends on rep buy-in and having a clear process for how it fits into your coaching rhythm.

That said, once expectations are set and it’s built into weekly workflows, the value more than makes up for the ramp-up time.

Updates and enhancements come out often and usually address any issues, so it feels like a fair trade-off even if a few minor hiccups pop up along the way. The support team is great, by the way.

**What problems is Itero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Itero addresses a few core challenges most outbound teams run into: inconsistent messaging, limited coaching bandwidth, and slow rep development.

As an SDR leader managing a larger org, it helps me create consistency across reps without needing to be on every call. The async coaching and rep self-diagnostics give reps a way to spot their own gaps and improve more quickly, which reduces reliance on live coaching and makes development easier to scale.

For me, the biggest benefits have been faster ramp time, more objective coaching conversations, and stronger execution across teams. It’s also helped us maintain quality and stick to our process while operating at scale.

**What do you like best about Itero?**

It was great to have a tool that allows us to create custom scenarios to assist with role play repetitions during our new hire training classes.

**What do you dislike about Itero?**

During the last year of utilizing the tool, we have seen many enhancements and additions made to the system. These have all be awesome, but the complexity and expansions can sometimes make the back end user functionality difficult to navigate.

**What problems is Itero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to increase the number of role plays and 'at bats' we can have new employees take before taking a live call.

**What do you like best about Itero?**

Itero is excellent because it lets you practice sales reps without having to use real clients or calls. The feedback and responses feel natural, making it a valuable tool for training purposes.

**What do you dislike about Itero?**

At times, the AI's responses don't completely match what the user has said. However, in a way, this actually makes it feel like you're speaking with someone who isn't fully engaged, which could be seen as a positive—it's more realistic practice.

**What problems is Itero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting meaningful training reps is almost impossible without resorting to awkward mock calls, but this tool allows you to practice with challenging AI that makes each call feel authentic and pushes you to think quickly in real time.

It solves a real problem. A lot of software AI companies and products claim to - Itero really does!

**What do you dislike about Itero?**

I wish I had discovered them earlier instead of attempting to create a solution on my own.

**What problems is Itero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Holistic call scoring, ensuring every call is scored and scored accurately. Itero is honestly one of the rare, very few instances where AI is being used to solved a problem which would have been impossible to solve without!

The support is fantastic, and the team is always evolving and receptive to feedback, especially regarding features. They consistently focus on delivering real business value.

There isn't anything in particular that I dislike.
