Our pricing is straightforward:

There are no setup fees, and training, support, and SOPs are included. We offer a 20% discount for annual contracts. As the number of full users increases, the cost per user decreases—potentially as low as $100/full user/month for annual contracts and $117/full user/month for month-to-month contracts.

For inventory add-ons, we charge $29/full user/month, and for inventory cost add-ons, it's $79/full user/month.

"Effective Quality Events and Reliable Document Control"

What do you like best about Isolocity?

The Quality Events module is very effective for managing complaints, non-conformances, and corrective actions. The 5 Whys and fishbone tools make root cause analysis simple. Document Control with revision and change management is also very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Isolocity?

The Equipment Management module could be improved. While issues can be recorded in the discussion section, it is not very clear or easy to track. A more structured and visible way to log breakdowns and improvements would make it much more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Isolocity?

Great value for the price, with generous onboarding and support from kind, knowledgeable staff. It offers a strong level of customization that I didn’t find in other similarly priced products. What do you dislike about Isolocity?

There are a few minor limitations with customization that, if addressed, could help the platform feel more cohesive overall. The integration options also seem somewhat limited, and I’ve run into a couple of small issues with the way content is displayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Isolocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplified, comprehensive BPR management has been a major upgrade from the custom spreadsheet system we were using. Because we have a variety of production lines that run very similarly to one another, the template system makes it easier to deploy BPRs faster and more consistently.
