It has some very useful features that make is user friendly for all member of the company and is very good at creating tasks to ensure things are kept on top of. Customer support is exactly the way it should be fast and efficient and often incorporate good ideas into their roadmap. **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** Integration with confluence, it would be really handy to be able to Iframe some reports or create dashboards that could be linked to report on the topics of interest for management meetings. **What problems is ISMS.online solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the issue of managing and approving policies and keeps them all in a structured framework. The linking feature to other topics or areas are also very good, the inclusion of attached documents when using policy packs is also very handy so that users do not need to navigate a file directory to locate a specific instruction set or forms. Keeping track of user compliance when issuing policies is a great feature as there are always a few who need a nudge. I also like that support is accessible very quickly, via our account manager or tech support etc. **What do you dislike about ISMS.online?** In all honesty - I really don't like the UI and technical side of the product. Formatting within the policy box is time consuming and doesn't match with other applications - and so it is an unnecessary skill to have to learn that CTRL + 8 = bullet point, as an example. When our consultant was having issues with the formatting and he uses the platform every day - this tells you the story! I have seen lots of resources online where people have 8 page documents for each policy, and it becomes difficult to manage. We upgraded from ISO 27001:2013 to ISO 27001:2022 and had to update all the data. The company did help with the initial import of data, but I have been told that if we purchased the HIPAA module, it would not share data with the ISO modules. **What problems is ISMS.online solving and how is that benefiting you?** ISMS.online helps with maintaining regulatory compliance and helps in making audits more organized.
