iSlide Reviews & Product Details

I've been using iSlide for the past 2 years, and it has been very helpful for me to do my PowerPoint work faster.

I love the smart-select features, and adjusting the edges of shapes through i-Slide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is simple, but can be more user friendly. For example, there are times when the panel is open, it requires a lot more accuracy to close the panel.

Apart from that, everything else is fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• Excellent library of inbuilt themes being available at the drop of a hat

• Effective features like adding / removing watermarks, circular crops on images, uniform font, etc.

• Exporting PPT as a long preview image is possible

• I'm personally very fond of the vector illustrations and the ability to modify every single element of a vector Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• Limited capabilities in Free Edition

• Many good and effective templates are not free and can only be downloaded if you have a paid version available

• Paid version's cost is quite high - considering it's a PPT add on and not a replacement for a PPT tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iSlide is a feature-packed PowerPoint add-in that makes designing slide decks easier for both professional designers and novices alike (that's me). With iSlide you have all the pro tools that are normally tucked away somewhere in PowerPoint right where you need them the most.

iSlide's tabbed interface blends in very well with Microsoft's ribbon UI for Office programs and this makes it very intuitive. Making quick design changes is easy and straightforward.

Additionally, iSlide adds a tonne of useful resources that should help anyone upscale their presentations with ease.

Last, and probably best of all, the free tier allows newbies to dive in and test the tool before committing to a long-term plan and it is a fully functional free plan for most of the essentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding experience can be quite jarring due to the overwhelming options in iSlide. This is something that the team should work on to make it easier for non-technical personnel to get up to speed faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was really easy to navigate through iSlide and choose through multiple templates that were created beforehand. All of the templates were setup for specific categories from business to science material. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price itself might be something to consider because it can be a little pricey. However, if you use presentation applications on a daily average, I would say this platform is a good investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps to make Presentation slides professionally in no time. The one-click optimization feature is the best for auto-correction of presentation. A wide variety of themes are available like marketing, sponsorship, products, etc. The ppt slimming feature compresses the presentation in no time without compromising the quality of the presentation. The security export allows enabling no-edit security in the presentation, which prevents slide loss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of features aren't available in the free version, and the paid version is costly. The layout seems to be a bit unorganized as compared to the other standard Presentation tools. The connectivity to internet is not so good even after having a smooth network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best features of iSlide that I like is that the user can customize their slides in any way that they want for the desired look. Islide allows the user to be in control of their presentation and allows for a great transformation, as we are now meeting virtually and creating more virtual presentations. Technological advancements have always been around, and we could not have imagined that we would have to transform so quickly as we are now facing a pandemic; however, tools and programs such as iSlide allows for an easy transformation. There are not many dislikes at the moment. I am a fairly new user of the program. Perhaps a video tutorial or "quick tips" document can be provided to new users, perhaps a discount for upgraded features for users of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool provides various template designs which helps in creating different presentations for different backgrounds. The diagrams are easy to understand and provides an easy approach to create powerpoint presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Templates are not free and we need to upgrade to Premium level to download templates option available in the tool. That is what i dislike about it.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing that I like about iSlide is customizability. You can make it look the way you want. The presentations made on iSlide look very professional and appealing. Especially in the times that we are living right now, the tools that iSlide offer make it the best program for making virtual presentations from your home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
