Intuitive for users and fairly easy to get ramped up without a lot of onboarding, identification of targets is a unqiue feature as well as prospecting of new targets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Irwin? Not always clear how rankings work and where AUM is pulled from. Not only does it allow for well designed and organized contact management, the extensive database of investors is a valuable resource to help target new pools of capital. So far, I just don't like that when it populates SEC filings, it doesn't say which issuer it is from. Addiontlaly, when sensing a larger email blast I like to keep it personalized. It has been the CRM and email distribution and tracking, allowing us to track our IR activity with each contact and distribute our Investor Newsletters to seelct contacts. Irwin is an excellent platform that balances intelligence and organization to help us most efficiently maintain relationships, identify new opportunities and track our efforts. It is a simple, user-friendly, and yet still a very capable platform with a great depth of information and functions. I always feel supported by the team at Irwin and that they genuinely want to make my life easier through the capabilities of the platform. Three thoughts, all minor: 1) Could do with a little more sorting and filtering functionality, eg. in the targeting results screen. 2) Also would prefer to not have to specify a location when doing targeting searches (ideal if worldwide was an option). 3) It's not always easy to determine which Portfolio Manager is associated with which fund.
