Gained back hours in my month because I no longer have to waste time hunting and pecking trying to find something. The ability to customize your experience by choosing what you see on pages and in what order is incredibly helpful - we each have different ideas on what is important. And the TEAM! More user-friendly CRM and investor targeting platform. I'm using this platform significantly more often than my previous platform vendor. Also love that we can pull in NOBOs on a regular basis. The support I get from Irwin Assistant! For example, being able to upload investor files from a raw format - makes my job easier and also makes it more likely that I will use Irwin.
