The detailed reports of the influencers with regard to their profile and the target group support the research and evaluation of the suitable influencers enormously. In addition, they are always the most up-to-date figures, so you always have an exact picture of how the influencer is performing and how the ZG is developing. My work has become much more efficient through IROIN. By displaying lookalikes of the influencer or a certain ZG, you can also find targeted profiles faster and more suitable. A few features in terms of scheduling and performance monitoring are only available as Excel downloads. Would be cool if those would be visualized in the tools online display also, for example, interactive Gantt charts. However, the IROIN team is continuously further developing the tool, so I guess this has been addressed in their development department already. The Influencer Marketing suite of IROIN has all the key features you need in the European Union. With strong data protection, GDPR compliant and European server infrastructure, you can use it secured. We work with nano influencers, not every part of the tool is equally suitable for this.

Most nano influencers don't have the right set up for connecting with the tool, so it cost more time to connect them correctly.

The workflow in the tool is not always efficient.

There is no connection with META Business suite, so when you contact the influencers by instagram you have to copy the conversation in the tool and also the statistics of the advertisement are not visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The suite is designed for us, as if it knows our workflow. It makes it easier to manage influencers - also like we do on a large scale - in our campaigns. It maps all the major social media platforms and blogs, which is also a perfect fit for us since we offer influencer campaigns on multiple platforms. Our clients especially like the feature that we can add them to campaigns and they can monitor the progress. My team likes to work quickly: Quickly creating influencers, writing to them, adding them to campaigns and reading them out. We are definitely away from lists and Outlook and are long term customers of this great team! After all, in addition to the features, one thing also counts: friendly and competent service!
