What do you like best about IPRO?

What do you like best about IPRO?

Integrated database that is essential to our document collection and production. Able to keep track of thousands of records in one place for all our cases, very user-friendly, and makes my life easier when it comes to pulling documents based on tagging, custodians, document dates, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRO?

Well, sometimes there are issues with the web viewer or image tab, but that may be from the metadata we are given. I do wish the Print to PDF mass tag function was ironed out a bit more, but the PDF Export series does the job too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IPRO?

How wonderful everyone is when I need assistance. Tech support is outstanding! Whether I've contacted them by e-mail or phone, they come through. They're cheerful, creative in finding solutions to problems, very understanding, and assist with grace. Kristen Perkins, our Client Success Manager, is fantastic! Her prior legal experience gives her a depth of knowledge that's hard to beat. She knows what the challenges are and how to resolve issues quickly, smoothly, and accurately. Top-notch!

And that's just the people. The product enables me to assist with complex cases more easily. Our attorneys can extract needed info when reviewing documents more efficiently, allowing them to handle more cases with fewer actual people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IPRO?

While the online tutorials are great, I'd also like to be able to save copies of some of the webpages to use as "cheat sheets" for users who don't access the program as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IPRO?

What do you dislike about IPRO?

The only thing I dislike is not having a direct phone number for support. It is all handled by tickets. With that said, my experience with the services team and their response times and assistance they have provided both loading data and dealing with issues and answering questions has been excellent. What do you like best about IPRO?

I am very impressed by the staff at IPRO. Our Client Success Manager, Alexis Hayman, has been an incredible asset in our transition to IPRO, and our cloud support case manager Josiah has always gone above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The Technical Support team is overall incredible as well. I have had a great experience working with Louis, Brandon, and Dan to name a few. They are not only patient and happy to help you resolve issues, but they often take the time to explain the cause of the issue and how they resolved it so that you can learn from each situation. What do you dislike about IPRO?

You get what you pay for. IPRO is considerably more affordable than many of the other review software out there. We have encountered a few issues with the viewer, many of which can be resolved by imaging the documents (but this of course, blows up the hosting size of a workspace). While issues do arise from time to time, technical support is always happy and available to help resolve the issue or to suggest a workaround.

When dealing with technical support, you don't have an assigned support technician or group of techs, which can be a bit frustrating as it leads to you having to explain your environment many times over. What do you like best about IPRO?

The ability to partner with IPRO is unlike any other software vendors I have worked with. IPRO is very much inside and directly involved with us as an extended part of our team. The IPRO philosophy is not sell it and forget it, but rather a continuous open conversation to support us along the way. When my management asks me, why do we want to award IPRO? I always say, their customer support. There will always be issues no matter what software you have, so you need to find somebody that can partner with you, take your feedback, and work through our specific needs. What do you like best about IPRO?

Our firm utilizes Ipro Enterprise eDiscovery solution to identify, collect, and produce electronically stored information. Ipro Enterprise provides early case assessment, analytical review, processing, filtering and production services to aid in an efficient discovery process, but also organize, annotate and customize documents for trial presentation. With iPro’s advanced analytic features it allows us to run de-duplication and similarity matching, along with email threading and active learning that helps reduce the review burden and cost for clients. What do you dislike about IPRO?
