**What do you like best about iPoint?**

Customer service was usually prompt, and we were able to reach a live agent who could remote in and help when needed.

**What do you dislike about iPoint?**

The system was often down for updates, or to allow for a window of time for which the Ipoint team could work on bugs.

**What problems is iPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ipoint was laid out in such a way what it was easy to become familiar and for ease of use. Creating purchase orders was easy within this system.

**What do you like best about iPoint?**

makes it easy to layout projects and assign work orders to techs as well as view product, scope of works, and billing.

**What do you dislike about iPoint?**

The least helpful has been not having an app for android.

**Recommendations to others considering iPoint:**

Take the time to test it and get used to the software before going live. Set up your workflows as that's where the real power comes from the product.

**What problems is iPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has replaced our previous billing/sales order application and it has made it useful for techs in the field to be able to clock in/out of work orders.

The easiness of being able to book shifts

Initial Pay would be on the lesser side, but commission structures would be good if worked out in the beginning itself

Organisation & giving juniors more management
