The absolute best thing about IP Moat is the fact that I spend so little time using it. Mostly I can take care of all issues in less than a minute per week. This not only saves me valuable time but as a small entrepreneur, it also saves from a lot of negative energy that otherwise comes with dealing with counterfeits. The team behind IP Moat is extremely helpful and always addresses any wishes I have within hours. We previously used normal IP protection agencies and paid at least 5 times as much and still had to complete a lot of the tasks on our own. IP Moat has very few downsides IMO but it would be great if the team could expand the functions to also include a price surveillance function to be able to keep track of dealers that are undermining MAP pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up is very easy to understand and follow and once set up, ongoing customer support is fantastic with quick response times to any questions. The dashboard is extremely clear and easy to navigate and when it comes to highlighting infringements and then actioning to remove from marketplace it is a very simple process and they are removed from marketplace very quickly. This platform is SO easy to use. All the hard work is taken out of scanning the internet for copyright and IP infringements. I'm just three clicks I can instruct the removal of hundreds of listings. The support is incredible and it works! To date I've had nearly 500 listings effectively removed from Chinese based companies.
