The absolute best thing about IP Moat is the fact that I spend so little time using it. Mostly I can take care of all issues in less than a minute per week. This not only saves me valuable time but as a small entrepreneur, it also saves from a lot of negative energy that otherwise comes with dealing with counterfeits. The team behind IP Moat is extremely helpful and always addresses any wishes I have within hours. We previously used normal IP protection agencies and paid at least 5 times as much and still had to complete a lot of the tasks on our own. IP Moat has very few downsides IMO but it would be great if the team could expand the functions to also include a price surveillance function to be able to keep track of dealers that are undermining MAP pricing. The set up is very easy to understand and follow and once set up, ongoing customer support is fantastic with quick response times to any questions. The dashboard is extremely clear and easy to navigate and when it comes to highlighting infringements and then actioning to remove from marketplace it is a very simple process and they are removed from marketplace very quickly. We are so happy we found IP Moat. They have been instrumental in helping us remove copycat listings and identifying IP infringers. They are a mighty team who work hard alongside us. IP protection is very important and they take this seriously. We appreciate their dashboard and their system, but, more than that, we appreciate the great folks who work tirelessly at helping to protect our brand and they are very responsive to our outreach when we have questions. This is a huge problem they help solve for so many brands. Copycat infringers are getting more and more crafty, so it is great to have the system of IP Moat and the team that works on helping get infringing listings removed. This platform is SO easy to use. All the hard work is taken out of scanning the internet for copyright and IP infringements. I'm just three clicks I can instruct the removal of hundreds of listings. The support is incredible and it works! To date I've had nearly 500 listings effectively removed from Chinese based companies.
